Teacher Grants for Innovation

Are you a teacher with an innovative project designed to improve learning outcomes and make a measurable impact on your student’s lives?

Through the Georgia Teachers Initiative, the Georgia Foundation for Public Education is awarding between $500 and $2,500 in Teacher Grants for Innovation to Georgia public school teachers to help bring your creative ideas to life.

Complete the brief form on this page to submit an application. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed and awarded monthly. The rounds are as follows:

November 16-December 15, 2024: Winners will be announced by January 20 CLOSED

December 16-January 15, 2024: Winners will be announced by March 15 OPEN

Dates beyond the January 15 deadline are to be determined. Please check the website frequently for an update timeline. 

If you have received a Teacher Grant for Innovation award, you are not eligible to apply again. However, we encourage you to tell your fellow teachers to apply.
